Amiga, if there is anything I want you to walk away with, it is the knowledge that it is OK to take care of yourself. I know sometimes you can feel torn to take care of everyone and put yourself last on the list. However, one of the best ways care for others, is to take care of yourself first. Sometimes we just need a little reminder to get us in the mindset to take time for ourselves. Positive affirmations (or positive words) can help you stop and recognize your worth and get you thinking about yourself!
